I need corrective lenses in my sunglasses!

All models of the GULF-Eyewear collection can be glazed with corrective lenses – this means you can glaze each frame with lenses in your personal prescription values. A glazing with progressive lenses is also no problem.

During the development of the GULF-Eyewear frames we emphasized the use of highest value frame components, hinges, rimlocks, nosepads and basic materials as well as the finishing – everything conforms to the high quality standards of optical frames.

Any optician can, therefore, glaze and adjust your GULF-Eyewear sunglasses according to your personal needs. Even the Carbonfibre temples of the models Jim and Lorenzo can be adapted.

With reference to the lenses you choose (plastic or mineral lenses) and the coatings you might require (e.g. mirror-coating on the outside and / or anti-reflection coating on the inside of the lenses) you might have additional cost. You can freely decide which type of lenses you wish to use. Just go and see your optician and ask him for a cost estimation. In most cases your optician will be able to do so – with the help of the „Technical Details“ which can be found on our website and using the drawing of our frame as well as your personal values for the lenses.

We can, unfortunately, not offer any glazing with corrective lenses ourselves.
